2. Job Description
– Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
– Prepare approval paper, letter of offer, tenancy agreement, etc.
– Manage Leasing database.
-Input and maintain SAP database
– Work closely with other departments to support tenants and solve related problem
– Other tasks as assigned
3. Job Requirements
– University degree or equivalent. Law background (preferred)
– Experience in administration position
– Being meticulous, like to do paperwork
– Good organizational and managerial.
– Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
– Strong experience related to the real estate industry is a preferred
